DREAMS really do come true because Rise singer Gabrielle is making a comeback.

The bubbly bird with the Galaxy Ripple-like tones hopes to have her six studio album out by the end of the year.

And after being one of the first people in the country to hear it, I can confirm it’s a different sound from the BRIT winner but still brilliant.

I listened to five new songs over lunch and although there is Gabrielle’s signature soulful sound, there’s a definitely dance element to it too.

Think more Will Young’s Jealousy than David Guetta or Calvin Harris though.

Gabs, one of the UK’s most successful singer-songwriters, told me: “I’m loving making this album and everything about it feels right. The right songs, the right time, the right people.

“It’s been a while since I’ve done a big tour and I want to make an album I can do that with.”

Can’t wait.
